Our Commitment to GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. PropertyFinda is committed to compliance with the GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
Processing Personal Data

Data Breaches
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
